Kiln Tiles Return Policy
We strongly suggest measuring twice and using the overage calculator for your project. If you end up with an extra box or two, we would be happy to accept the return for a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility
- Returns for a refund (minus a 25% restocking fee) must be initiated within 15 days of receipt.
- Goods must not have been fixed to a surface to be eligible for return.

Condition of Returned Goods
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged, and in saleable condition.

Acceptance of Goods After Installation
- Once tiles are fixed to a surface, they are considered accepted and cannot be returned.
- Kiln Tiles is not liable for the cost of removing installed tiles.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Items
- Kiln Tiles will arrange return shipping and provide replacements for items that are damaged, incorrect, or faulty.
- Customers must document issues with photos (preferably while still in the original packaging) to facilitate resolution and service improvement.

Proof of Purchase
- Returns are only accepted from full-paying customers with a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Items purchased by someone other than the requesting customer are not eligible for a refund.

Restocking Fee
- A 25% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns.
